My Story
Hi, I’m Damon, the owner of Broken Branch Lawn & Landscape. What started as a passion for nature and outdoor life, has grown into a full-service lawn and landscaping business serving Marshall county and surrounding communities.
After 26 years of working in industrial environments as a instrument mechanic, I hung it up. I decided that I would be happier out on my own, doing what I truly enjoy. At that time, I honestly didn't even know exactly what that was. I'm not sure how, but everything aligned to bring me here. Whether it was because I was raised on a farm, witnessing the fruits of labor, or maybe I was following my appreciation of photography and the art of living. I'm not sure, but I realized there was a real need for reliable, detail-oriented lawn and landscape services in our area. With a background in farming, landscaping, and photography, I bring an eye for detail and a commitment to quality in everything I do—whether it’s mowing a lawn, designing a new garden bed, or building a custom pond. As I like to say,
"You can't appreciate growing it until you have killed it a hundred times".
